So much going on so been forgetful about pelvic floor exercises. Too little sleep but otherwise in good shape.

Just over 4hrs sleep after long late drive back.
Can barely feel scar tissue between fibula & talus which is very encouraging.

Dartmoor: Shipley Bridge-Red Lake-Avon Dam 2/3 walking, 1/3 running
Much rougher than yesterday but ankle was fine again.

Sea Swim (wetsuit) Plymouth Hooe with family.
Gorgeous weather and spot to swim.

Ankle held up well to first run on rougher ground.
