Gym 1:40:00 [4]
One hour of yoga/strength building. Thigh muscles burned in certain holds and same with abs.
Afterwards went into gym and spent 10 minutes on rowing machine for warm up. Then went on the bike for 10 minutes and finished off with 15 minutes of running on the treadmill, involving sprinting at times. Felt like it wasn't a hard work out. Finished of with 5 minutes of extra stretching.
