Run felt pretty good today. Gotta get used to the warming weather. Achilles tendon was tight but not sore, only a little tender when I tried pushing off on a hill. Feels good on cool down, no tightening, pain or swelling.

Achilles tendon still recovering. Did not feel it at all for the first .5 miles, then slightly tender afterwards. Only time I had and real pain was a couple of time on uphills I tried to push off from my toes and it let me know that was not going to happen.

Achilles tendon still sensitive. I've been trying to build it up by biking and doing calf raises. This seems to be working as today it was tender, but there is no swelling.
