Nice little session with Jack at Meadowbank.
3 x (1km, 500m, 500m) with 2mins after 1km, 90secs after 500 and 2:15 between sets.
Bit windy but was good fun. Keen to do more track sessions to get a bit sharper.
Relatively consistent with the times.
