Steady long run with mum from acres down going up to highland water and back through the inclosure. Getting pretty warm. A bit stiff after hockey yesterday.

Running 32:22 [4] 6.34 km (5:06 / km) +20m 5:02 / km

Run from home with mum.
Around the golf course and onto mately heath. Stayed in the terrain and the heather was pretty high in one place so hard work. Then went to the sand dune and went up and down four times then had a little break and went up and down twice more. Hard work on the soft sand. Then home via bolton's bench

Putting a lot of effort in on the last one as didnt do any more because i've got a bif of a cold and feeling as tired on the first loop as i usually do on about the third. Still a fairly hard session.
