6 x 5mins off 90sec recovery. At threshold pace, although first one was a bit fast. The loop was part grass part tarmac, had a slope in it and a couple of sharp banks. Legs felt a bit tired but enjoyed it, although I could still feel the chili beef nachos from lunch. Running with Tom for all of them, good to have someone to run with.

Then straight onto the track for 4 laps of 200 sprint 200 jog. Felt good and awful at the same time. Good session.
