6 x ~600m around football pitches off one min recovery. Legs not really feeling it tonight but worked hard. Glad to get it done.

Ran home from the Canadian War Memorial. Legs felt surprisingly tired but just plodded along.
(Didn't go to army event as area not worth it).

6 x 5mins off 90sec recovery. At threshold pace, although first one was a bit fast. The loop was part grass part tarmac, had a slope in it and a couple of sharp banks. Legs felt a bit tired but enjoyed it, although I could still feel the chili beef nachos from lunch. Running with Tom for all of them, good to have someone to run with.

Then straight onto the track for 4 laps of 200 sprint 200 jog. Felt good and awful at the same time. Good session.
