Can't shake the last remains of Carcitis so swapped the FWTN for an easy 50 on the Seat. Will do the FWTN in a few weeks time. Not sure what to do tomorrow, will either race the brown or do another easy day. Want to make sure I'm 100% healthy for next week. Very nice run on the Seat though, warm and sunny.

SSS, straight swap with tomorrow. Had to go in the punter gym which wasn't pleasant and mygym was packed as well. As was the sauna. Back very tight / achey from the deadlifts.

On the seat with Ali, Mikey and Tam. Pretty much no sore throat today but feeling quite wheezy on the climbs despite trying to take them as easy as possible without walking. Good fun.

Easy meadows miles. Throat improving and didn't provide any issues whilst running. Legs felt very lethargic to begin with, too much weakness has entered the body over the past couple of days. Got into it though and had a good daydream. Had a sneaky sauna afterwards too.

No improvement today so another frustrating day. Will set alarm for mobility but won't go if still got a sore throat. Very annoyed.
