To DVC then the bog. Nice day, enjoying the late light as well.

Session in the bog with Brutus, Bash, Chicken and Raptor. Woke up a fair bit in the night feeling coldy and felt pretty wiped out all afternoon so wasn't sure what to do. Felt fine running so was tempted to do the full 6 x 4mins (1min) but stopped after 4. Felt like a pussy at the time but bunged up, sniffly etc now so I think it was for the best. Sleep should do the trick, and loading up on the Vit C more than Lance Armstong loaded up on EPO. Actually quite enjoyed the session, nice little loop, but went off too hard.

Lovely run on the seat with a good group. Nice and chill, with evidence to suggest that a 90sec drop it like a mf is certainly possible.

Thinking of a session tomorrow but my glands seem slightly sore and swollen. Will see how I feel after gym.
