We joined in Carcas' track group which was cool and would be good to go back. Session was pretty grim, 12 x 300m with ~5sec hill sprints in between each 300. Recoveries were jogs between track and hill. Times relatively consistent. Disgusting but good to do, been a while since I've done a session on a track.

Pentlands run with the boys. From Flotterstone up Turnhouse and then along to the Kips. Wasn't feeling too good up these climbs but kept plodding away and then perked up a bit on the flatter stuff before the other side. Black hill was disgusting in the heather and then dropped down and back up a brutal steep climb. Didn't want to have walked any of the climbs so kept plodding. Shortly afterwards we decided we'd died enough and headed to morrisons for a sugar hit. Tough but good fun.

Started the session with the boys but legs felt bloody terrible. Felt like I wasn't working hard at all but legs just so heavy and energyless. Been a bit chesty these pst couple of days so probably not a bad thing anyway.
