Woke up last night with only a slight sore throat so was pretty hopeful but then felt very grim this morning with headache, sore throat and aches. Consumed large quantities of herbal tea with honey, vitamins and fruit and seemed to get better throughout day but now feeling grim again. Couldn't really be worse timing.

Suddenly picked up a bit of a sore throat / headache, plus feeling pretty cold all day. Complete rest and going to try to sauna the thing out of me.
