Pre-brekkie shakeout. Took a left at the sea this time, which is definitely the seedy end of town.

Got the day off today so was gonna use it as a chance to get a sesh in. Headed to the track but there was some school sports day so couldn't go on :( looked a real nice one though so hopefully will get the chance to go back. So turned out more relaxed than expected, went round the old town which was actually quite nice, a lot of tasty looking restaurants. Threw in a few token efforts along the prom - woukd like to get that segment but quite a way off. And then just came home, via a 7 euro melon shop :o

Pretty much the same as yesterday, although this time I carried on to the fancy marina bit.

The other way along the sea. Can't say I'm Limassol's biggest fan, v strange place. Didn't see any more drive thru strip places though :( Went to the marina and then back trying not to piss off any Russians.
Wanted to do a session but legs so heavy after long day. Never know what to do on these trips, get stressed about losing fitness but just going to be so shattered if I try and bash out normal training. Think I'll just try and get out every day and if legs feel good ill put some effort in.
