Saturated running on the Seat with Felix and Colm. Pond and ducks on the top of the crags. Good fun though, very heavy legs.

Pollok and Queens Park in the rain with Anna. Good fun, tend to enjoy these routes. Legs ok, or at least I thought so until Anna left me for dead running up to the flag pole.

Legs feeling alright but brain pretty foggy and sleep generally a bit fucked. Got back at lunchtime yesterday and slept from 2pm to 6pm, went to the meadows for a bit, came home and slept from 11pm to 8.30am. incredibly groggy when waking. Will take it easy and try find some time to write about an exceptional weekend.
