Good to be back training after work/study induced break. Namadgi Visitor Centre to top of Mt Tenant 47.09, then back to track junction and decent down other side of mountain to get onto Bushfold Flats track which is 4.5 km, then links up with Mt Tenant fire road. Decent to bottom, tagged gate (1:36) then ran back up fire road and back onto Bushfold Flats track, onto main trail. Decent back down to Namadgi Visitor Centre. Could certainly feel good workout in legs at finish.

ride around Stromlo on new Giant Anthem x 29er. so much fun, even with smashed legs from run.

tooling around in gym at hotel in Melbourne. bit of a run on tread-mill, stationary bike, and then a attempt at pumping some iron on gym equipment. No wonder people who go to gyms are predominately fat, it is really boring.
