Mt Tenant run. 4 minute warm up. 52 min to top. 39 min decent. 2.30 sprint to car. Felt really good on decent.

ride to and from work. Rode fast into work on roads, had a few close calls. Stick to bike path in future.

swimming laps at local pool. mostly breath-stroke with few freestyle laps. will not be creating new 'swim' category as not likely to do too many of these training sessions.
