Stromlo ride with Rosie, pretty easy pace but good fun and did not make any big mistakes, though still pretty slow on descents.

Run around Rob Roy Nature Park. Lots of rolling up and down hills, and one decent long climb. Nice for something different. Legs were running slow but still managed to keep them going.

Stromlo with the Gash. Good fun fast ride, finishing in rain.

Strength 1:30:00 [3]

Power Yoga. Not sure if this is for me but good for something new to make stretching and strength session novel.
