Running 3:32:00 [3] 28.0 km (7:34 / km) +283m 7:12 / km

In search of some easy kilometres I went for a solo run from home on quiet roads and a bit of trail here and there. Tremain - Britannia - Guelph Line - Bruce Trail on River and Ruin - Twis - Crawford to Rattesnake and home down 14th.

I packed my Kahtoolas for 3 different sections and was glad to have them on a few icy descents. The weather was supposed to have been warm and sunny but by the time I got out there it was cool and foggy - but still better than minus a million and so no complaining from me.

STORM showed me how to by-pass the very difficult BT segment from Twiss to Guelph Line using an unopened road allowance or service road in the form of easy double track and, now I have more motivation to run more often in this area.

Yoga 16:00 [1]

So easy, barely counts. A bit of plank
