25-15-10 of pushups, sit-ups, squats and lunges (each leg)...starting to add in weight when I feel strong.

Urban run. Held a good pace on the way out, but my right knee started cramping/stiffening up on the way home, so I cut the pace in half to avoid injury. Sucks.
I found a spin class in Port Elgin at the rec centre. The attendant says go through the gym and it's through one of the tiny doors. That can't be right, can it? As it turns out the spin class is located in an old squash court, pimped out for spinning and a magazine centerfold of some crazy switchback-ridden road in Norway projected on the front wall to guide the class.
Not bad for a small town - the 50 minute climb damn near killed me.
