Run/trek from home on a one-way trip along the Bruce Trail. I wanted to see what a run/trek pace would be like on a rugged trail and to predict how it might feel to go for big adventure trek next weekend. My goal was Limehouse for 30k but my knees were not used to those very rugged sections and I pulled the plug 3k earlier. Thanks to Storm who was waiting for me at one of the road crossings.

Other than a stiff knee, I think from lack of running technical, my mojo is slowly returning!

Ride from home, third time up 14th line - hereby dubbed Killer Hill. Quick ride through Kelso and then home via Springridge Farm for the world's best strawberry rhubarb pie.

New favourite workout: ride spare bike up the escarpment to Summit parking lot.

Ride down the escarpment home.

Hilton area ride with old friends. Felt really weak on the bike but when I was done I noticed both tired were pretty flat - I must have pinched the tubes when switching back to the regular tires.
