Sore knee from Sunday, so got on the trainer instead of a run.

This seems to be good prep for having the dogs come on a mountain bike ride....they are trying to figure out how to stay close for a sniff without getting their heads bashed in by a peddle.

Dress rehearsal run with Bash and Coach Logan on the Bruce Trail from Caledon in a very hilly section. We committed to using poles the whole time and walking all the hills in practice for Leatherwood Ultra which is in 3 weeks. It was definitely a slower pace - as shown by the pack of hikers that were almost keeping pace with us (we had a few add-ons through the run). Bash assured me they were "advanced Bruce Trail hikers".

Coach Logan was a great motivator indeed - barking at us to keep moving every time we stopped for too long, such as a snack break or physiotherapy demo.

Awesome burger at Paradiso's afterwards.
