Pack raft around Kelso lake. The lake is gros this time of year, including the banning of swimming due to algae. Time includes 10 min transition to running.

5 hill repeats of Kelso ski hill and 20 x 5 step ups using various boulders in the woods at the top.

Run along the Kate Pace trail in North Bay after a marathon meeting but before my flight. Turned out to not be the best idea as it poured rain and I had to get back on the plane as a drowned rat.
