Running 3:32:00 [3] 28.0 km (7:34 / km) +283m 7:12 / km

In search of some easy kilometres I went for a solo run from home on quiet roads and a bit of trail here and there. Tremain - Britannia - Guelph Line - Bruce Trail on River and Ruin - Twis - Crawford to Rattesnake and home down 14th.

I packed my Kahtoolas for 3 different sections and was glad to have them on a few icy descents. The weather was supposed to have been warm and sunny but by the time I got out there it was cool and foggy - but still better than minus a million and so no complaining from me.

STORM showed me how to by-pass the very difficult BT segment from Twiss to Guelph Line using an unopened road allowance or service road in the form of easy double track and, now I have more motivation to run more often in this area.

Yoga 16:00 [1]

So easy, barely counts. A bit of plank

Running 58:00 [3]

I was feeling brave and motivated by the warmth so took both pups out for an off leash jaunt at hafta. We took some of the "usually impossible trails" to avoid trouble and found they were in great shape and I got to see the wandering Lynx trail properly. I am almost sad the snow will melt right off the trails by tomorrow. The pups did great!

Cycle 1:10:00 [3]

Night ride with Storm in Hafta. The trails were in fantastic condition with a small flat section of singles track to follow. We took our regular bikes out with flat pedals ad it worked great. A FAT bike would be better though....
