Knee still hurting a bit. Actually felt better the faster I ran, but will continue to rest and strengthen anyways.

1500m TT. First half, 12:44, Second half, 12:39, total 25:23

10 minute cool down.

Previous TT of this distance in a pool was 28:20 back at the beginning of this year. I was really just looking to break 28 minutes this time around, but ended up meeting my end of seson goal of sub 26 minutes. Super stoked about swimming negative splits as well. I feel like my pacing was solid and I was really able to push it on the second half of the race. Not bad for coming off a 3 week rest period.

Headed to the gym for an easy spin. Ended up taking a spin class on accident. Lots of short intense intervals for the majority of ride with lots of high gear work. Legs will feel it tomorrow i'm sure. Pretty fun session though.

Followed it up with some more hip and quad stretches at home. Knee finally felt normal today so I might run a little tomorrow to test the waters.
