| didn't run yesterday due to work / poor sleeping habits. ran to work, stopped after woods. calves painfully tight after 10 minutes, didn't get better, but didn't stop. seems to be related to stretching of the achilles... worse in my stiffer leg and worse when i'm pushing off |

| calves still tender. paced one mile on track ~8min/mi followed by ucsd woods. felt terrible. calves tightened up, had to walk several times, very frustrating. also felt aerobically drained as well. |
