22 laps, then 1 lap repeats

Harder than I meant to. Felt pretty good though with only minor aches.

calves, hip flexors, quads, hamstrings
Swimming 33:00 [3]
5x4 laps with 1 minute rest, then 1 lap repeats mixed catchup, normal, bilateral, and right side breathing. Felt harder, maybe because of the run earlier?

Monday Sep 8

Running 45:00 [2] 4.1 mi (10:58 / mi)
shoes: NB 859
Easy run. Heart rate in the 130's. Left tibia a good bit worse today.
Swimming 20:00 [3]
3x10 laps. Tired shoulders from yesterday's sculling made for lots of flailing. On a good note, my attempts at flip turns were much better - the practice yesterday helped a good deal.
Physical Therapy / Stretching 5:00 [1]
shoulders
Cycling 26:00 [2]
