The plates are not actually labeled, but the bench/leg press plates are roughly twice as large as the pulldown/shoulder press plates so I'm counting them as 20 and 10 lbs respectively. These numbers make sense based on my historical lifting. I'm also not doing full bench presses - just down until my upper arms are parallel to the floor. |

| I missed my goal this week of four hours of aerobic training (level 2 or higher intensity). I just didn't have the motivation for some reason - maybe I just needed a bit of a break. |

| Torrey Pines hill. Felt a little hard today. I never really recovered in the flat after the climb, and had to mentally fight off walking, similar to my orienteering races where I'm slow to get back up to speed. It seems that there are both mental and physical aspects of this and workouts like this should help with both. |
