6x5 min DP-NP combos at the jumps with Sean. Felt pretty decent. Shooting was decent with a few shootings where I came into the range pretty hot. Overall, good workout.

General Strength 1:51:45 [1]

Warm up with CT2 with a few extra exercises after. Good workout. Can see gains from previous workouts during workout.
