Easy Technique combos at the jumps. Felt pretty decent. Shooting decent for the most part with a few rough shootings.

Snuck out for a quick ride before lifting. I miss biking.

Awesome run on the numdagaho loop and Hurricane. Quads pretty trashed from jumping but overall good run.

Nice easy ski out on the Wilmington loop. Felt pretty good.

Run with some Strength at the jumps and roller ski treadmill work for about 20 minutes.

Started with some HHS then finished with 4x5 min L4 combo. Felt much better than yesterday.

Morning TT at Jericho. Felt absolutely terrible on skis and pricked a 11.6 after the race.

Strength combos on the range then double pole afterward. Little bit tired.
