First ski in Canmore. Awesome. Level 1 combo with 30 min no pole.

First 75 minutes just double pole as had no kick then finished with with a run.

Easy jog in the morning before traveling to Canmore.

TT at the jumps. Felt pretty decent but ski time wasn't too great due to 'equipment'. Overall though, Good workout and was pretty happy with performance.
