Level 3 combos. Felt decent with decent shooting. Pricked 4.1 after first interval and 4.3 after 4th.

CT2 strength in the afternoon. Yolk it.

Easy combo with impulse. Pretty tired. HR wasn't too high but legs were really tired. Need to take afternoon easy.

Hike up Ha Ling Peak. Pretty awesome hike and felt pretty good.

First ski in Canmore. Awesome. Level 1 combo with 30 min no pole.

Nordic Skiing- Classic 2:00:00 [1]

First 75 minutes just double pole as had no kick then finished with with a run.

Easy jog in the morning before traveling to Canmore.
