Long ski in Toblach. Awesome skiing but body was on empty at the end. Good to get a little easy distance in before traveling and racing this next week.

Race in Antholz. Legs were really tired during the warm up but made it through the race. Held it together on the range and thankfully finished out the day top 35. Great way to start on the World Cup but hoping to build on it more.

Pre Race intensity in Antholz. Felt pretty decent. Did 1x4 km level 3 then a few shorter loops.
