went running on the lake superior hiking trail. felt ok, way better when i was done. did a sprint in the middle cause we were racing for a sec. that is why my heart rate hit 180. it was really hilly had to walk up a lot of hils. but was really fun and the trails were sweet. felt kind of crappy because of my pulled muscle in my back and the remanants of this cold. more details about last week coming soon
