went classic rollerskiing for 1 hour with 3 by 10 min of just double pole. felt pretty good, afterward I stretched and iced, felt a little tired afterward because of just a long day and we did a lot of chores. napped for 20 minutes afterward.

felt kind of good during strength but a little sore and tired from all that running and stuff yesterday. good thing it was reduced max strength. Instead of doiong three sets I just did 2 by 5 in the power exercises. except for abs I just did set of 8 min. I also did 3 sets of pull ups and dips because I didn't think i needed to do 2 sets. instead of rollerboard i did tricep extensions. felt alright, felt like i could've been stronger if I hadn't been tired and sore from the run before. but it was good that it was reduced

went running with rupert today, got lost and ended up going for 20 min extra. it was a fun run. i hit 166 with the 10by 10 second sprints, and recovered by taking an ice bath in lake superior. my heart rate was in the high 140's and low 150's the last 20 min or so of the run, idk why, but my guess is that I was really dehydrated cause we ran out of water early and filled it up again but i gulped all so i didn't really get rehydrated. even though my heart rate was that high i still felt level 1 and was easily able to talk, etc. and was not breathing hard. felt pretty good during the run towards the end a little sore and a little tired, afterward I feel tired as if i went a long way.

I actually went to bed by 11! i am slowly starting to get the hang of it. I woke up at 750 and went running for 15 min and then did 10 min of mobility. to be honest i didn't feel half bad even right after i got out of bed so it was all good.

I did 7by 3 min at level 3 with full recover in between, which was usually about 3 minutes or so. It was supposed to be 6 intervals but i felt pretty good so i decided to do another one. chester bowl's hill was a litle too small so i had to run for a little bit at the top. I felt realy good, and my body felt good. i had to cool downfor 20 min cause it took that long to run home. afterward i roled out and i felt a littl etired afterward

i didn't wear a monitor this recovery run with jeremy and sarah, just went easy and was able to talk, definetly felt level1. felt pretty good a little tired just from a long day, and intervals.

I woke up and went running for 15 min and did jump rope for a while afterward so it was at least 20 min. felt pretty tired cause i had just gotten out of bed but only for the first few minutes, then i felt awake and better

felt pretty good today, i biked out to the lake and I did it faster than i thought i ever would. my joints got kind of sore a little cause i was just focusing on using one leg dominantly, i was thinking of using one leg more dominantly because i want it to get stronger, but a little while afterward i thought of using 50/50 and was going way faster and was awesome. I was having kind of a hard time to get to 2 hours I was too fast. otherwise i felt really good.

didnt wear a monitor with max strength. I did the whole thing except for 2 sets on the back extensions instead of 3. it was supposed to be reduced, but i didn't think it was that hard so i did the full thing pretty much. I felt pretty good.

I went classic sking with Igor today, he said that my technique looked good, the reason why my heart rate hit so high is because we did a lot of challenging technique drills up this big long hill so i had to focus a lot to keep my heart rate low. overall i felt pretty good, my stomach hurt a little cause i hadn't eaten in a while. it was fun. i can't skate quite yet so I am classicing. and i switched up the workout times so strength was in the morning and skiing was in the afternoon cause I wanted to work with Igor

today is the start of the new training year for me. so i need to start clean and keep a log every day. I think i did a little over 500 hours from last year i think. anyway i felt pretty tired cause i just woke up otherwise the swim was fun.

we were supposed to ski for 3 hours but there was a thunderstorm outside so we didn't go that long, only an hour 20, then we did 20min of core. the reason my heart rate hit 170 is cause the last 300 meters the other guys started sprinting, and i tried but i decided i was just not with it enough to go. for the most part i felt pretty good, the rain made me feel a little cold but otherwise i felt average.

I went biking with rupert, and we just went pretty easy, except for we had 1 sprint so i hit 165. i flet tired at first cause i just woke up from a nap a little earlier, but after a little bit later i felt pretty good, and felt like i could speed anything.
