leg 4 - orange.
we were about 3 minutes down on od when i set off and i wasn't expecting to catch julie but i hoped to close the gap a bit... came back even further down than when i set off. didn't have a particularly bad run and all my navigation was spot on i was just slow especially in the 2nd half as i had a kiler stitch :( guess i was just tired, done a lot of training recently ;)
came 2nd in the end to loc as od mp'd. getting the trophy back next year though! ;)

wasn't planning on a run but i got motivated :D ran around rivelin and crosspool, on roads, track and in forest :)
should have remembered full leg cover, quite a lot of brambles! felt really good though
