Middle distance at hugsett, ran blue 4.2k
ran pretty well considering its so technical and only messed up a few controls at the end when it was less technical ao I switched off :p and there was one 'bingo' style control that I missed too but most of it was fine :)
Forgot my garmin again SGJDDNDJJDDGDKSKWPSHAM I hate it when I do that!!!! So no distance or hr :(

X-training - Cycling (rollers) 1:02:11 [3]
ahr:141 max:163 shoes: North Wave X-support

Did about 10 mins warm up and 5 warm down, and 45 of easyish rolling just to see how I felt, and it was fine :) so I think this tonsil thing is not affecting me at all even though its not going :p
Wish the weather stared to act a bit more summery so I could go out for proper cycle rides rather than being stuck in the shed :(

feeling a lot more energetic today c:
went to the gp about some tonsil plaque i spotted 2 days ago as it's not going away and i was worried it was some tonsilitis thing even though i don't have any other symptoms...
he's given me antibios but if it doesn't go it could be a chronic thing that doesn't affect me so it's nothing to worry about yay c:
9 PM

S+C 30:00 [2]

core stability, calf raises and glute exercises
added glute strengthening to my basic s+c cause when i visited kim before scotland she said my glutes were weak and i don't want to end up with hamstring problems

Stretching/Flexibility 10:00 [1]
