Sunday Jan 14

Biking 30:00 [3]
After two full days of rain, everything outside is a swamp. so I set up the bike on the windtrainer and spun for 30 minutes.

Saturday Jan 13

running 1:28:00 [2]
10 mile run from home on the country roads.

Haven't done a long run on the roads in quite a while. I was curious to see how my terrain running endurance level would translate to road running.

10 miles turned out to be fairly easy, although I kept the pace slow.

Thursday Jan 11

Woods running 30:00 [4]
one sloppy, muddy lap around the pond loop then 2*.6 at 338 and 336 on Monon

Wednesday Jan 10

running 39:00 [3]
5 miles on Monon trial at lunch
Note
About a week ago, the idea of the Boston Marathon crossed my mind. The more I thought about this idea, the better I liked it. I'm now to the point where I'm pretty sure that's going to be my direction. It will mean that I need to qualify in a Fall marathon by running under 3:30. This shouldn't be a problem, assuming the training schedule doesn't get interrupted, and then I would go to Boston in Spring of 08.

Tuesday Jan 9

Hills 30:00 [5]

8 criss crosses over Mount Clay Terrace.
