Orienteering 35:00 [3] 3.8 km (9:13 / km) +105m 8:06 / km
shoes: MudRocs

Mount Pinos Brown course.
Tough running with the altitude, hills, but course was well designed to minimize climbing. Pretty solid navigation (nothing extremely difficult).
Started making mistakes when the HR hit 170 again, but didn't really have the stamina to keep at that pace anyway, so I backed off and most everything else was under control.
Just a few little bobbles, nothing with major time loss.

Orienteering 24:00 [3] 2.6 km (9:14 / km) +45m 8:30 / km

Downhill sprint, with a tight start interval (first stage of the prologue and chase).
Time of 24 minutes is not really meaningful, because the finish punch was misplaced about 75 meters, that cost me about 3 minutes.

Comparing splits, Jonas was about 4 minutes ahead of me though.

Night chase. Very fun. Made several big mistakes. Didn't have my snazzy headlamp, so visbility was low. Most challenging event of the day.
Still managed to move up a couple places though.
