Another upper fire trail run. Just out to the shady spot and back.

Cooler today, but still humid. Kept a slightly faster pace, didn't do any drills.

Run out to the bench and back.

Not quite as hot as last week, but still very warm. Legs felt a little better, but I still walked a few places. Did some skipping drills soon.

Gonna be a long fight back into shape.
