Saturday May 7

Orienteering 44:28 [4]4.5 km (9:53 / km)
shoes: Old VJ's
Hoyt Arboretum. Had a fun time and ran relatively clean. Lots of hills made it a tough workout at times. Map was easier to read at 7500, but several legs had good challenges with map contact and catching my routes.

Running 1:00:00 [4]8.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: New Balence 765 Red
Ran the Trysting Tree with running club. Fast pace today and pretty warm. Considering the length and speed I feel pretty good this evening.

Sunday May 1

Running 22:00 [2]2.5 mi (8:47 / mi)
shoes: New Balence 765 Red
Ran toward covered bridge late at night. The overcast skys lent a spooky feeling to the venture.

Afterwards I went back to dixon and lifted focusing on upper body.
