Dancing (Latin) 3:00 [4]

With my limited dance skills, this definately qualifies as a high risk activity.
Is this a legitamate training entry? Doubtful, but Larry did miss the last meet for a dance performance....

Biking 30:00 [2]

Biking around town to run errands.

Note

Still walking 3+ miles a day, but since I can run now, I don't think it's neccesary to log the time.

Running 40:00 [2] 3.6 mi (11:07 / mi)

Running 40:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Orange Sauconys

Another waterfront run, but a little longer and faster this time. I thought these were short, 3-4 mile runs, but I checked the gmaps page today, and they are more like 4.5 to 5.5!
Was probably running 7:00 or 7:30 miles, but it's hard to judge after all the time off.

Orienteering (Mapping) 2:00 [1]

Mapping contours. The Witham Hill map is done and looks good. Definately my best map yet.

Running 40:00 [3] 4.5 mi (8:53 / mi)
shoes: Orange Sauconys

This is it, my first real running entry in months!!!

I wasn't sure if this was a good idea, but it turned out great. Just like walking did, the excercise actually made it feel better earlier. This was just an easy great harvest run, choosen for short distance and flat ground. But I think that every other day now, I will start working around 2-3 miles of running into my routine.

Biking 45:00 [1] 7.0 mi (6:26 / mi)

Rode out to Bike and Hike, to get some stuff, but they were closed.
