| Stanford campus sprint. I'm feeling faster after the last few weeks training. Tied for first with Syd, and edged out Rex by 1 second. Had two major mistakes, about 23 seconds on control 8, and maybe 35 seconds on 11. #11 was a legitamate navigation error, but #8 was due to some ambiguous mapping. |

| Went with the running club. Up to the top of euclid, and on the selby trail, and then back down on Shasta. The downhill at the end was tough on my legs.
