Middle Course. Started navigational shaky, but then settled down and blazed through.

Worked on some fun bouldering problems.

Did a couple miles of my speedplay drills on the track. Trying to keep recovery pace below 7:30, while occasionally accelerating to 5:00 or 5:30 pace for a 200 or 400 meters.

Some easy elliptical intervals, followed by a few minutes on the treadmill, just to remind the legs how to run at higher speeds (6 min mile).

A few quick leg lifts and core drills, also did my pt streches.

Some bouldering, felt very fatiqued.

A little bouldering a little lifting. Forgot my climbing shoes though.

Elliptical intervals, followed by some intensive PT stretching.

Bouldering again.

Checking control sites and map quality at Wildcat.

Orienteering 18:00 [4] 3.2 km (5:37 / km)

Terraloco Crab Cross. Ran pretty smoothly, navigated pretty well. But my legs just felt slow.
