Running 4:00:00 [3] 14.7 mi (16:20 / mi)
shoes: Omni6

Great long trail run at Point Reyes. Can't believe I waited 3 years to come here. We had a nice easy pace, and brought more than enough food...
Started from Five Brooks trail and ran out to Wildcat Beach and then a mile along the beach to Alamere Falls. The falls were quite pretty with lots of moss.

Trails were nice soft single track, especially Greenpicker trail and the Coast trail. Lots of Doug Fir. Kind of similar to what you might find in the Northern Mac Forest, or Dunn forest. The horse traffic was a little high though,

Weather was warm and sunny, I got a little bit of sunburn.

TAC 1:00:00 [3]

TAC class again. I really like this workout.

I think it's well structured, and the inclusion of jumping, lateral movement, core strength, and stairs should theoretically contribute to strong terrain running. I hope it will encourage recovery and prevent injury too.
