Bouldering and lifting at iron works.... I could barely do the V2 routes - got some strength to build back up. Take it slow.

Note
Banged my hip while testing out mountain bikes on Sunday.... still too sore to run on Monday. Felt pretty good on tuesday, and will probably be fine to run on Wednesday.
