Not sure this qualifies as training, but my day off work was spent doing "work" for my dad. Spent 8+ hrs laying brick and flagstone patio hunched over and on my knees. Very sore now!

Hilly dusk/night ride from the parent's house. It was a reminder that even road rides are better than the trainer!
