Yoga for athletes vid...this is going to have to become more regular again to balance the increased mileage/intensity of workouts coming.

Night nav practice at Shawnee Mission Park...a little rusty, but a couple of the small aluminum flags we missing. This was a run/trek so I'm splitting up the work out.
