spiked:12/13c shoes: Altra Lone Peak

tricky, duplicate markers and some slightly outdated maps... but also a poor run on my part... and I'll just say it, I hate running through the grass and burrs (totally destroyed my socks and had to remove shoes mid run because I couldn't put my foot down without searing pain). I usually go to O-meets because they are fun and easy navigation training, but today's training was in suffering and humility.
