g-pit rd to cable, lunch and back. singletrack the whole time (except 4 mi) fantastic wx, legs are a bit shot by end of day though - good training.

recovery run/trot/hike the hills. wanted to get out on tired legs and see how it goes. held up ok-satisfied for now.
