did my own b-pump routine at gym; had my music buds in, and a few weights, and made it work, kinda fun.

went to gym on limited time. got hassled by an employee for using their 'good' spin bikes in the studio, instead of the crap bike machines meant for the masses. after a minute discussion the why, he said I looked liked I knew what I was doing and it would be ok. waaaatt??? watev

Rt calf was pretty sore, feeling like it was strained, so I hike/jogged. nice morning.

trying t slip in some skiin, but even nort of dalooth, the trails are closed due to the warm weather. so I punted and hiked around boulder dam trails. pretty cool, woods were still and extra quiet, last half was under headlamps.
