mnoc trials meet at mille lacs kathio sp. good times. ran ok, felt I was dragging a plow; a couple of poor route choices kinda buried me, the rest were ok nav.

orienteering race (red course middle ) 1:17:53 [3] 4.08 mi (19:05 / mi)

red middle distance course; worst nav I've done in a while, starting with the very first control being a mis-punch. the terrain was very rocky, never felt steady...and just lost my confidence.

went to wooly trail system about a mile from interstate state park, WI. figured it would be a nice time and it was!!! great single track.

rainy cols day, so brick w/o inside, bummer.

hrz2 mostly, 3 hard efforts hrz4 for 60-120 secs.
legs are still fatigued from last wks effort. not bad w/o.

rpe15. hrz 1-2 easy spin. felt ok, still working out the lactic acid. was thrilled initially about doimg this, but ok once I started.
