nice day to be out. goal was to stay in HRz1-2, with occasional bumps into HRz 4-5.
HRz1-2, every 6 min, 1 min effort to hrz 4-5.
legs still not full strength and the last 1/2h I chilled out and just spun. did not over work the legs, but still put them through the paces.
